ICN Technologies is a formal partner with The Data Vault Pty Ltd, located in Melbourne. We have our Secure DataVault in "The Data Vault" DataCentre in Melbourne. Our service includes:

What we do for our clients are utilizing "The Data Vault" computing, storage, and man power, and provide services and solutions to our valuable clients and their valuable data. "The Data Vaule" is not a IT/IS consulting firm or Outsourcing firm like ICN Technologies, they are the real expert of Data Backup, Storage, Data Integrity Assessment, etc. When I say, your sensitive data is safe with us, it is safe in the Data Vault's DataCentre.

Your data is being backup every night, and data integrity check is being performed simultaneously by Server-Side programs. And it is also being performed every week by staff.


Our DataVault Product and Services:_
The ICN DataVault has four greater products which are designed to protect every aspect of your computer system from partial or total loss of your Vital Data, Your Software and even Your Hardware.

AUTOBAK:
AutoBak makes a nightly check of all your files and folders, detects all changes and dispatches the new data, which is then appended to your bulk data. Using patching technology we are able to backup large databases (>10GB) with minimal bandwidth, and store multiple old versions of your files. Each working day, our staff check that all backups have been performed correctly, and any errors are rectified immediately. You can recover your data at any time on line, or via DVD from The Data Vault. We make no charge for Data Restoration.
AUTOBAK ARCHIVE:
Your previous 30 daily patches can be accessed at any time. With the AutoBak Archive service, we provide these patches on DVDs which are Unalterable Documents, and thus may be used in legal or civil disputes. The Data Vault stores a second copy of all your monthly DVDs to guard against loss or damage of your originals. And, if you take the AutoBak Archive service, and remove your Monthly DVD from your business premises, you will then have FIVE copies of your data, at FOUR separate sites. How secure is that?
ARCHIVE STORAGE (DVD BACKUP DISC):
Archive Storage addresses the need for mass, long term storage of non-critical data. These can be old emails, financial records held for tax and other legal purposes or just old customer ecords you'd rather hang on to. With our assistance, you can archive these to DVD or CDROM, and send them to us for safekeeping. Just call us when you need a copy.
SYSNAP:
SYSNAP is short for System Snapshot. When you take the SYSNAP service, we supply a USB and sofware which allows us to copy your entire system. You return the USB Drive and we make a Recovery DVD for you which you can use to restore your operating system, applications and databases, quickly and easily, after a major disaster such as Hard Drive failure, Fire, Theft or Virus. You can use the old hardware or new hardware, and there are no incompatibility issues. Our SYSNAP service provides for regular snapshots to ensure that your Recovery DVD is as up-to-date as possible.
